About this Event
A Healing & Identity Workshop and Book Event with Dr. Lanail R. Plummer
What does it mean to unlearn what no longer serves you?
What are you ready to reclaim?
Who are you becoming?
Unlearning, Reclaiming, Becoming is a reflective, healing-centered workshop designed specifically for Black women navigating identity shifts, ambition, freedom, emotional complexity, and legacy.
Inspired by themes from The Essential Guide for Counseling Black Women, this experience translates clinical insight into a grounded, community-centered space for reflection, conversation, and affirmation.
This is not therapy. This is intentional space.

Who This Is For
Black women seeking space to reflect, reconnect, and realign.
No clinical or counseling background required — just an openness to show up fully.
Why This Matters
Too often, Black women are asked to be strong without being supported. This workshop creates space to pause, unpack, and redefine what strength, softness, ambition, and freedom mean on your own terms.
Come as you are. Leave lighter. Book Included.
