Rooted & Rested: Sound Bath + Reiki

Rooted & Rested is a deeply grounding sound bath and Reiki experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner stability and ease.

This one-hour journey invites you to soften your nervous system, quiet the mind, and feel supported—both energetically and physically.

Through the gentle vibrations of crystal sound bowls and the subtle, calming support of Reiki energy, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest where your body can reset and your mind can unwind.

This experience is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, ungrounded, fatigued, or simply in need of intentional rest.

No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be held in stillness, sound, and rest.
