Welcome the New Year with See You in San Diego and Mind Body Badass for a picturesque sound bath experience at Sunset Cliffs. Mind Body Badass will lead us through a short intention setting journal practice followed by a relaxing and revitalizing sound bath. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if that’s your practice preference.
