Join us for a multi-part four week holistic fertility series designed to support and empower individuals and couples who are trying to conceive, preparing for pregnancy, or simply wishing to better understand and nourish their reproductive health.
This fertility workshop will explore a holistic approach to reproductive health, with a focus on naturopathic remedies that support the body’s natural ability to conceive. Participants will learn how gentle, non-invasive methods can help restore balance, improve hormonal function, and enhance overall well-being.
The workshop will include a variety of naturopathic categories, such as:
- Herbal medicine to support hormonal balance
- Nutritional therapy focusing on fertility-supportive foods and key nutrients
- Lifestyle practices including stress reduction, sleep optimization, and cycle awareness
Together, we will explore:
- Holistic Nutrition to nourish and support reproductive vitality
- Endocrine Disruptor Awareness to reduce unseen environmental stressors
- Movement & Body-Based Practices to increase flow, regulation, and connection
- Mindset & Mindfulness to navigate stress, fear, and emotional patterns
- Spiritual Insight & Guidance to reconnect with intuition, meaning, and trust
- Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Perspectives to understand fertility through the lens of harmony, cycles, and the flow of Qi, Blood, and Essence

In addition, we will incorporate a short, guided yoga session designed to stimulate fertility. This gentle sequence will focus on opening the hips, increasing blood flow to the pelvic region, and calming the mind.
This integrative approach is designed to empower participants with practical tools they can incorporate into their daily lives to support their fertility journey.
Our yoga therapist, Stephanie, will guide you through a gentle, nurturing, and intentional practice designed to support connection to your body, build inner strength, and cultivate a sense of vitality and balance. This class weaves together longer, steady holds with softer, restorative movements to create a balanced experience that supports both resilience and ease, offering a grounding and nourishing complement to your fertility journey.
