What to Expect:
🌬️ Chapter 1 – Master Plant Breathwork Session (11:30 – 12.30pm)
Begin your journey with an optional dose of a revered Amazonian master plant - Chiric Sanango.
Master plants have been used for centuries by Indigenous traditions for guidance, clarity, and deep emotional, physical and spiritual healing. In this session, they are offered in gentle quantities to support subtle awareness, heart-opening, and embodied presence.
This session is a gentle, meditative journey. You will be seated throughout, working with intentional breath holds and moments of stillness to open a portal of connection with the plant intelligence. Through the combination of plant wisdom, sound, and breath, the session supports deeper self-awareness, emotional presence, and subtle energetic alignment.
What to bring: A meditation cushion, bolster, or something comfortable to sit on. You'll be seated for the full session, so bring something comfy!
What are Master Plants?
Master plants are revered teacher plants from indigenous healing traditions, used to support deep healing, emotional release, and expanded states of consciousness. Each session works with a different plant, offering a unique and powerful experience. These sacred plants help us reconnect with ourselves, dissolve inner blockages, and access higher states of awareness.
Chiric Sanango is a powerful master plant known for its ability to ignite inner strength, resilience, and deep energetic alignment. Often referred to as a “teacher of the nervous system,” it works through both intensity and clarity, helping to burn through stagnation, fear , and emotional density that keep us small or stuck.
Where softer plants open the heart gently, Chiric Sanango enters like a fiery arrow - clearing what no longer serves and strengthening your capacity to hold more of your truth. It is a plant of courage, calling you forward into integrity, sovereignty, and power.
On an emotional level, Chiric works to release deeply stored fear, anxiety, and suppressed anger. It brings awareness to unconscious patterns, particularly those rooted in survival, avoidance, or emotional contraction, and helps transmute them into presence and self-trust. It is especially supportive for those who feel blocked, disconnected from their direction, or held back by invisible resistance.
Energetically, Chiric Sanango activates and strengthens the entire system. It sharpens perception, heightens sensitivity, and clears energetic congestion, often bringing a sense of internal heat or activation as it moves through the body. This process builds resilience by increasing your capacity to stay present.
Physically, Chiric Sanango is known for its powerful detoxifying and stimulating properties. It supports circulation, the nervous system, and overall vitality, often helping to release physical tension and lethargy. It works to flush out stagnation, leaving the body feeling clearer, lighter, and more alive.

🔊 Chapter 2 – Ecstatic Dance & Sound Journey (12.30 – 2pm)
Let go into your fullest expression as we dance together in true Numinity style – wild, joyful, and free. Our phenomenal resident DJ Holly will guide us with an eclectic mix of tribal, house, and uplifting beats, crafting a dancefloor journey that invites liberation and deep presence.
We close with a blissful sound healing journey to soothe, integrate, and return you to stillness.
🍽️ Chapter 3 – Lunch & Community Hang (2–3pm)
Stick around and hang out after the dance. Enjoy some delicious fare from Love Shack whilst connecting with our wonderful community!
The Space: Love Shack is a vegan cocktail bar, restaurant, and club space with an ethos rooted in community, sustainability, and a spirit of “peace, love & togetherness.” They aim to use their space to foster connection, inspire social action, and build a culture that challenges conventional norms.

To create a safe space for everyone:
- No talking on the dance floor - let your body do the communicating.
- This is a sober event. Help us keep the space light and clear.
- Respect boundaries - honour your own space and the space of others.
- No phones - stay present and enjoy the dance.
- Listen to your body - move in a way that feels natural and right for you.
Authorised Filming & Photography:
Designated Photographers / Videographers (who will be pointed out to you at the beginnig of the dance) will take videos and photos during the event. We use videos and photos to promote our events on social media. If you don't want to be included in a video or photo, please let the Photographer / Videographer know. If you see any footage of yourself on social media and want it removed, please message us directly on social media and we’ll do so immediately.
Refunds & Transfers:
Please note that we do not offer refunds or ticket transfers.
We’re a small team running a full events programme and our energy is primarily focused on delivering a powerful, supportive experience for those attending.
That said, we completely understand that life happens. If you are no longer able to attend, we reccomend you offer your ticket for resale or gift it to another member in our
The good news is that around 95% of tickets are resold easily through the , so if you can no longer attend, we reccomend this approach.
