The 12th Annual Romanian Christmas Ball – 2024We are excited to announce the eagerly anticipated return of the Romanian Christmas Ball after a four year hiatus! Join us for the 12th edition of this beloved event, a celebration of Romanian culture, community, and connection, on Saturday, 30th November 2024 at the Marriott Hotel Regent Park, London.
The Romanian Christmas Ball has always been more than just a gathering it’s a celebration of community, culture, and connection. We are thrilled to bring back this unique opportunity to reconnect with fellow Romanian professionals across diverse fields—medical and healthcare, IT, banking, arts, law, finance, and business.
This year's ball will be a special tribute to Dave Myers, the beloved BBC presenter and chef, whose generosity and support for previous events embodied the spirit of giving that defines this occasion.
We are also honoured to have Dr. Tessa Dunlop as our host for the evening. Dr. Dunlop, a renowned historian, author, and broadcaster, has presented several BBC programs exploring Romania’s rich history and culture. Attendees can look forward to her engaging storytelling and insights as she guides us through a night filled with celebration and giving.
We are proud to partner with Asociația Marinus Galbenus and their #bineintensiv project, which helps children battling serious illnesses by providing intensive care medical equipment in their homes, anywhere in Romania. Their mission is to bring hope and comfort for the well-being of children and their families. Your generosity through donations, participation in the charity auction, and tombola will have a direct impact on those in need. Every contribution helps support vital resources and programs, so we encourage everyone to get involved.
The evening will include a champagne reception, a three course dinner, artistic performances, and plenty of dancing. It’s a black tie affair and promises to be a highlight of the festive season.
