Programme overview
Join us for an insightful evening focused on improving cardiorenal metabolic care and outcomes for patients across South East London. This educational event will bring together specialist and primary care teams who have a shared interest in cardiorenal metabolic care, to share learning from innovative and collaborative working.
What can participants expect?
- Learnings from a collaborative working project across diabetes and heart failure
- An interactive clinical educational workshop led by Dr Janaka Karalliedde (Renal-diabetes consultant, GSTT) and Dr Jessica Webb (Heart failure consultant, GSTT) with an open discussion about clinical cases, challenges and pathways
- Learn about new initiatives ongoing across South East London to improve outcomes in chronic kidney disease
- Opportunity to network with your peers/colleagues with drinks and nibbles provided

This free educational evening is suitable for clinicians and allied health professionals in primary or specialist care with an interest in managing patients with, or, at high risk of developing cardiorenal metabolic diseases.
