About this Event
ROFest Trends Chicago 2025 returns for its 5th edition from Dec, 6th to Dec, 7th, 2025 with film screenings, debates and Q&A sessions dedicated to contemporary Romanian cinema at AMC River East Chicago.
For the US audience, the films are also available online on www.rofest.com/stream platform from November 30th to December 10th, 2025.
ROFest Trends Chicago 2025 aims to promote the Romanian artistic and cultural heritage to the American public and the Romanian community in Chicago, highlighting the social, historical and cultural phenomena emblematic of Romania.
ROFest Trends Chicago 2025 is organized by Pintadera Film in partnership with National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) and the Romanian United Foundation in Chicago. The project is funded by the Department for Romanians Abroad between 17.10.2025 - 31.12.2025, with RON 100,000.
