Sul-i dalda (술이 달다 ) — “the alcohol is sweet”
A phrase you hear after a long day, when good company and a good drink make everything feel lighter.
Madang and Moa are teaming up for a three-course dessert and cocktail pairing, built around fall flavors with Korean drinks and snacks we grew up reaching for when the weather got chilly — like roasted gogoma (sweet potato) and heartwarming herbal teas.
Starting off, you'll be greeted with a welcome drink — something toasty and familiar.
Then you'll try three desserts created by Moa's pastry chef and cocktail pairings from Madang drinkery.
- Matcha Apple Cinnamon (Moa) paired with Hallabong Peel (Madang)
- Three Berries (Moa) paired with Ssanghwacha (Madang)
- Golden Dark Chocolate (Moa) paired with Roasted Goguma (Madang)
Each pairing grows richer and more layered, while staying balanced, so the fruit, tea, and roasted notes come through clearly.
At the end, guests will receive a small take-away sweet treat made exclusively for the event.
