Robert J. Sawyer returns to KPL to discuss his compelling follow-up to The Downloaded, a thought‑provoking thriller that plunges readers into a mind‑bending digital future where identity, memory, and morality collide.
Robert J. Sawyer has won both the Hugo and the Nebula Award for best science-fiction novel of the year. The ABC TV series FlashForward was based on his novel of the same name. A member of the Order of Canada, past president of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, and Guest of Honor at the 2023 World Science Fiction Convention.
Rob is one of only eight writers in history (and the only Canadian) to win all three of the science-fiction field’s top honors for best novel of the year. You can follow Rob on his website.
