Join us for a feel-good afternoon of movement and flowers. Petals & Pilates begins wit a 45-min Mat Pilates class led by Lydia, followed by a hands-on floral moment where you'll create your own mini bouquet to take home.
During the floral session, tea will be available - an extra moment to slow down, connect, and enjoy the experience.
This event is designed to be light, welcoming, and fun - whether you're brand new to Pilates or it's already part of your routine. Como solo or bring a loved one. Everyone is invited.
