RnB Twerk & Soca 2hr Workshop in London with live DJ

This workshop is not to be missed!!! I'm hosting a special 2hr twerk, dance and fitness workshop on Saturday 22 June from 11am to 1pm.

Learn to twerk to RnB and Soca songs, and you’ll never even realise you’re actually working out too. This workshop is suitable for beginners as you'll learn all the moves step by step. No dance experience needed in any of the dance styles.

This workshop will celebrate movement, music and Black culture. You’ll leave feeling empowered, energised and ready to show off your dance moves. The best part is that we'll have the amazing DJ Double A on his decks ready to provide the best music.

Arrival from 10:45am at UNIT3 Studios (formerly Flow Dance Studios) in Oval.

Nana Crawford is certified gym instructor and a pocket sized Queen with infectious energy, who’s been taking over London, Croydon and online with her empowering and addictive dance classes. Her classes explore the traditional African style of moving your body called 'twerking'. Nana teaches twerk techniques in a safe, fun and inclusive space with a range of music styles from Afrobeats to Dancehall.

She’s taught over 1000 women, in-person and online, to shake their booties unapologetically and helped them to feel great about their bodies. Her classes have been described as energetic, body positive, and the best confidence booster.
