RMC Jazz Fest 2021 [English below]

In July RMC - Rhythmic Music Conservatory celebrates that the long shutdown has gradually been translated into an opening with few restrictions. Restrictions which, however, allow us to invite you to a blast of a two-day festival with some of tomorrow's sparkling jazz stars in the most amazing surroundings by the water under the trees overlooking Christiania.
During the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, RMC - Rhythmic Music Conservatory opens the doors to the experiments that take place below the surface of the educational institution, and which this year bubbles and sizzles more than ever, as all musicians long indescribably to get on stage in front of an audience again.
Cold beers will be served from the bar in our concert hall Akvariet, and in addition to the announced concert program, there is a high risk of pop-up concerts along the water, in the parking lot or under the elms. The framework is given, but the unpredictability prevails these two days of improvisation and experimentation.
One of the highlights will undoubtedly be the Peter Bruun Ensemble, which consists of a large team of students from RMC, who on Saturday night at 20:00 performs new compositions by the experienced drummer and composer Peter Bruun. The compositions take the form of various rhythmic structures and graphic scores, which form the framework for the ensemble's free improvisations.
