This class dives into the creativity, technique, and flavor‑building behind zero‑proof cocktails, all through a summer‑inspired menu designed to showcase how vibrant and delicious alcohol‑free drinks can be. You’ll learn foundational bartending skills like stirring, muddling, infusing, and expressing citrus oils, along with pro‑level garnishing tips and tricks. The class also covers how to balance sugar‑free cocktails, make seasonal rimming salts and decorative garnishes, and batch drinks in advance for effortless entertaining.

Fun, interactive, and beginner‑friendly, this experience blends hands‑on practice with flavor education and mixology insights. You’ll leave with new skills, a deeper appreciation for Texas‑made Ritual Zero Proof spirits, and the confidence to craft refreshing, crowd‑pleasing zero‑proof cocktails for any summer occasion and beyond. Ages 18 and up. You'll enjoy a selection of light snacks with your non-alcoholic beverages.

About Ritual Zero Proof:

Ritual Zero Proof was created by three friends—passionate food lovers, home cooks, and adventure‑seekers—who wanted a new way to enjoy great cocktails without alcohol. What began in their kitchens became a year‑long journey of experimentation, testing hundreds of recipes to capture the true flavor, aroma, and feel of classic spirits. They learned to blend botanicals like jambu and prickly ash, refine juniper and pine, compare global vanillas, and collaborate with master chefs and top bartenders to perfect every detail.

Their goal wasn’t to replace liquor, but to offer another meaningful way to mark a moment—something that tastes like the real thing, not “spa water” or vague wellness drinks. Every Ritual spirit is crafted with natural flavors, low or no calories, minimal sugar, and gluten‑free ingredients, all packaged with sustainability in mind.
