When your bike is set up the right way—seat height, handlebar position, and more—you’ll feel more comfortable, ride more efficiently, and help prevent aches and injuries. Whether you're new to cycling or have been riding for years, a proper fit can make a big difference. It’s like tailoring your bike to your body!
