Perfect for any beginner - Learn to Hoop in one day!
Maybe you're a closet hooper already, shy about sharing your space - this is a great way to enhance your knowledge. No one person moves the same way, that's why Hooping is a dance form. Similar to surfing, this private beach house is a perfect location to host this one-day retreat! We will be on the beach, to blast the music, then walk out to the water/rocks for lunch - (Perfect time for an ocean swim or surf session!)
This 1 Day Retreat & Playshop includes:
** 4+ hours of 'Hooping Yourself Well' activities
** Back to the basics hooping - All levels welcome
** Intimate 1-on-1 Hooping Instruction with Andi Girl
** Playful Beach Activities & interactive Laughter Meditations
** Take Home, How to Do-it-yourself Energy Practice
** Healthy Lunch, Snacks, Desserts & Drinks (Value $20+)
What to Bring:: You know what you need best to be comfortable in the elements and your body! We will be outside in the backyard and on the beach, picnic-style.
** Water Bottle
** Hoop(s) (if you have them)
** Clothes to hoop and sweat. (Layer for weather)
** Shoes: walking/hooping on beach
** Hat, sunglasses, swimsuit, (Soak in the spa afterwards!)
** Surfboard/ boogie board /fins (optional)
** Weather on the beach can be finicky, prepare for some fog and wind.
** Yoga Mat/ Blanket/ Towel/Umbrella
