After a year and a half hiatus following amazing three year run with Fruit Salad, we are ready to get back in the open mic night game with RHINESTONE MICROPHONE, hosted by Twinka Masala!
Rhinestone Microphone is a queer open mic night celebrating all forms of performance. For our debut, we're inviting 15 open mic performers to get up to the mic to share what they do best in a room full of enthusiastic queers. BIPOC & first time performers given priority!
If you are interested in performing with us, fill out the submission form linked in your confirmation email once you purchase a ticket. Performer hopefuls will be notified 48 hours before the event if they will be stepping to the stage for a five minute slot with us.
Doors at 6pm and our open mic kicks off at 7pm. Dorothy remains open after the event until 11pm.
Tickets are $12 in advance and $17 at the door.
Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical or mobile ID for all to enter. Dorothy is also ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Ave. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, please wait by the black door with our logo in the window and call our staff to assist: 773-770-3799
Please note: refund requests are only available until 24h before the show (6/22, 7pm). No other refund requests will be honored.
