About this Event
Revolutionary Rest: A Yin & Sound Healing Experience
Join us under the moonlight for a sacred evening of nourishing movement and sound. Guided by yoga instructor and sound healer Sasha Green, founder of Integritas Wellness, this offering is a call to ground, heal, and find restorative rest in community.
This practice supports those who are seeking relief from life’s difficulties by fostering a space for healing through stillness, presence, and self-discovery. In times of collective intensity and change, rest becomes a radical act, allowing us to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
This is an invitation to:
• Release accumulated stress and tension
• Regulate your nervous system in a supportive environment
• Connect with community in a meaningful, embodied way
• Honor rest as a form of resistance and renewal
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time (typically 3–5 minutes), utilizing the support of props. Rather than strengthening muscles, yin targets the deeper connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, and joints — while inviting stillness and introspection. This practice supports mobility, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. It emphasizes comfort, support, and surrender over performance.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses therapeutic instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other ambient tones to create vibrations that gently wash over the body. These frequencies can help calm the mind, slow brainwaves, and guide the nervous system into a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state. Many participants experience deep relaxation, emotional clarity, or a sense of energetic reset.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through grounding breathwork, long-held yin shapes, and an immersive sound bath designed to soothe your system and restore your spirit.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, regulated, and reconnected.
