Join us for a Revive Community Sound Bath, a heart-centered gathering created to support rest, connection, all within the loving embrace of community.
This is a space to arrive exactly as you are. Whether you come to share, reflect, or simply rest in stillness, know that your presence matters. Healing unfolds not only through words, but through energy, intention, and shared presence.
In this nurturing session, we will:
🌿 Grounded Opening
An intuitively guided opening to gently arrive, settle the nervous system, and set the tone for the evening
🌿 Guided Meditation
Ease into calm and presence while reconnecting with Mother Earth and your inner stillness
🌿 Sound Bath Journey
Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Drum, Turtle Rattle and other instruments.
🌿 Energetic Renewal
Release stagnant energy, soften the body, open the heart, and realign with your inner truth
🌿 Integration & Community Connection
Space to reflect, share, or simply witness in a safe, welcoming space.

No prior experience needed, come exactly as you are. All are welcome.
What to Bring:Please bring a yoga mat, cozy blanket, water, and anything else to help you feel comfortable. Optional: a journal, crystals, or any sacred items meaningful to you. (We have a mats available.)
