Join us for a special Community Sound Bath designed to help you reconnect, release, and restore , all within the loving embrace of community. Whether you come to share, reflect, or simply rest in stillness, know that your presence matters. Healing happens not only through words, but also through energy, presence, and intention.
In this nurturing session, we will:
🌿 Grounded Journaling or Intention Setting – Set heartfelt intentions for peace, balance, and inner connection🌿 Guided Meditation – Ease into calm and presence, connecting with Earth and inner stillness
🌿 Sound Bath Journey – Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, and more
🌿 Energetic Renewal – Clear stagnant energy, open your heart, and realign with your inner truth
🌿 Integration & Community Connection – Share and reflect in a safe, welcoming space🌿 Nourishment – Close the evening with grounding tea and gentle connection

No prior experience needed — come exactly as you are. All are welcome.
What to Bring:Please bring a yoga mat, cozy blanket, water, and anything else to help you feel comfortable. Optional: a journal, crystals, or any sacred items meaningful to you. (We have a few mats available if needed.)
