Life can be busy, complex, and demanding and it is easy to lose ourselves in the constant doing, decision-making, and stimulation. This spring residential mindfulness retreat offers a safe space to step out of complexity and return to simplicity. Guided by the theme of simplicity of body, speech, and mind, the retreat offers a simple structure of meditation, gentle mindful movement, yoga nidra, sound bath, nature connection, delicious home cooked meals, and periods of silence to help the body and mind reset and settle. Suitable for new and experienced practitioners seeking rest, clarity, and a chance to come back to themselves amid the complexity of life.
