About this Event
Return to the Heart — A Breathwork Journey
Your body holds what your mind can't find words for. Breathwork creates the conditions for those things to move — stored emotion, old patterns, the chronic low-level tension of pushing through.
This 2-hour journey includes a meditation, journaling, and three-part breathwork, followed by a period of deep rest. No experience needed. The technique is fully explained and practiced together before we begin.
This may be for you if you've been feeling disconnected from your own inner signal or sensing there's wisdom in you that you can't quite reach from your head alone. What people most often report afterward: feeling lighter, clearer, and more like themselves.
WHAT TO BRING
Mats, blanket, and bolsters are provided. You may bring other comfortable or cozy layers, an eye mask or bandana, a journal and pen, and water. Wear loose clothing that lets your belly expand. Avoid a heavy meal 2 hours prior.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Steph is a breathwork facilitator based in Denver, trained under Emily Wikel's Breathwork Ceremonialist Program. For most of her life, she looked outside herself for truth, searching for certainty everywhere but her own body. Breathwork was the first place she found it. In her first session, she experienced something she didn't yet have language for: self-compassion. Since then, breathwork has become her most reliable path back to self-trust, clarity, and her own inner knowing. She facilitates because she believes everyone deserves access to that signal — their embodied truth. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, belief-neutral, and grounded in both science and somatic practice. No belief system required, just a willingness to feel.
CONSIDERATIONS
Breathwork is accessible to most people and requires no prior experience. It is not recommended during pregnancy or for those with certain cardiovascular, seizure, or respiratory conditions. If you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before registering.
