A Pride Week gathering to breathe, release, reconnect, and celebrate the freedom of being fully yourself.
Part workshop, part ceremony, part nervous system reset, this evening is an invitation to soften the noise of daily life, return to your body, and remember who you are beneath expectations, performance, and pressure.
Together, we'll explore themes of nervous system safety, authenticity, self-expression, belonging, and the healing power of being witnessed in community. Through guided practices, reflection, and connection, you'll be invited to honor your unique journey while celebrating the beauty of collective healing.
The evening includes:
• Guided journaling and reflection
• Breathwork for grounding and release
• Immersive sound bath meditation
• Integration and sharing circle
Whether you're seeking deeper self-connection, meaningful community, or simply a moment to exhale, this gathering offers space to slow down, listen inward, and plant intentional seeds for what comes next.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket(s)
• Journal and pen
• Eye pillow (optional)
Please arrive with an empty belly or having eaten only a light meal 2–3 hours beforehand to support your breathwork experience.
