✨ Somatic Breathwork
A deep transformational practice that helps access the subconscious mind, release stored emotions, gain clarity, reconnect with your intuition, and access deeper parts of yourself.
✨ Emotion Code Release
A gentle energy healing method designed to release trapped emotions and energetic imbalances that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Throughout the workshop, there will also be space for grounding, journaling, reflection, and a supportive sharing circle for integration and connection.
