Join Katie & Tracy for a beautiful new chapter of our much-loved Return to Center experience - now held at the incredible Surya Hot Yoga Studio
If you’ve never been to Surya before, it truly feels like a home away from home. The warmth, the energy and the sense of community within the space is so special, and we’re so excited to welcome you into this next chapter with us.
This special evening is designed to energise the body, release tension and deeply restore the nervous system through movement, stretch and sound.
We’ll begin with Sculpt & Stretch - a dynamic full-body class combining strength, tone and mindful movement. Using light weights, resistance bands and Pilates-inspired exercises, Katie will guide you through a supportive but energising flow working the arms, legs, glutes and core.

Then we soften.
Tracy will guide you through a deeply restorative crystalline sound bath using crystal alchemy bowls, helping the body move into stillness while calming the mind and supporting nervous system regulation.
Strength → Stretch → Rest.
A space to move, reconnect and return to yourself. No experience needed - just come as you are.

Water bottle
Blanket for the sound bath
Cushion/pillow for extra comfort
Optional eye mask if you have one
We highly recommend bringing something warm and cosy for the sound bath, as body temperature naturally cools down once the body moves into deep rest.
