About this Event

Retreat in the City, A Sacred Reset

Step away from the noise of everyday life and spend an afternoon reconnecting with yourself.

Retreat in the City are intimate half-day experiences designed for women who want to slow down, reflect and reset, without having to leave London.

This 4-hour retreat will gently guide you back to yourself through a series of grounding and healing practices in a warm and supportive space.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, at a crossroads in life, or simply craving time to reconnect with yourself, this afternoon is for you.

What the afternoon will include

Cacao Ceremony
We’ll begin with a beautiful cacao ritual where cacao is intentionally passed around the circle, creating a moment to slow down, open the heart and set intentions for the afternoon ahead.

Guided Meditation & Sound Healing
A deeply calming meditation accompanied by sound bowl healing led by Frankie Rayner, designed to help quiet the mind and bring the body into a state of relaxation and balance.

Prompted Journalling Session
Gentle guided prompts to help you reflect, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Healing Yoga Session
A slow and grounding yoga practice designed to release tension, reconnect you with your body and leave you feeling centred and restored. This session is suitable for all levels.

Women's Sharing Circle
We’ll close the afternoon with a supportive group circle where you’re invited to share reflections, connect with other women and leave feeling grounded and supported.

What women usually leave feeling

Women often leave the retreat feeling:

• calmer and more grounded
• clearer about what they need moving forward
• lighter after releasing emotional tension
• more connected to themselves
• grateful to have shared space with other supportive women

Many women say they arrive feeling overwhelmed by life and leave feeling like they’ve had the reset they didn’t realise they needed.

What to bring

Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable during the afternoon.

Suggested items:
• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle yoga
• An open mind and heart

Yoga mats will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

No previous experience with meditation, cacao ceremonies or yoga is needed, simply come as you are.
