This is a 3-day, 2-night retreat in Yomitan designed especially for women — and military spouses — who feel busy, stretched thin, or quietly overwhelmed.
This is not a fitness bootcamp.
It’s not about performance.
It’s a space to pause, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with nature, and remember that it doesn’t have to be constant survival mode.
🌿 What Makes This Retreat Different?
Studio classes are 60–90 minutes.
Helpful — but short.
Three days in a dedicated retreat space allows your nervous system to actually settle. To create space between reaction and response. To reflect. To soften.
This retreat is about prevention — not waiting until burnout.
