The ``Ayahashi Triathlon'' course, held at Kaichu Road Road Park on the east coast of Okinawa Prefecture, consists of a 1.5km swim, a 40km bike ride, and a 10km run (9:00am start). The Super Sprint consists of a 350m swim, a 10 km bike, and a 2.4 km run (7:30am start). Surrounded by magnificent views of remote islands and the Pacific Ocean, you will be surrounded by an exhilarating feeling as if you are running on the ocean.
