We will examine practical frameworks for unlocking trapped real estate, including RSI’s Rethink 4 Walls (R4W) office conversion initiative and the Affordable UPREIT model—evidence-based tools that fund subsidies through asset performance rather than taxpayer support. This is a collaborative sandbox for developers, financiers, and municipal leaders to solve real-world problems. We invite you to bring a specific project hurdle or direct ask to the table for collective analysis.
