Restorative Yoga with Sound Journey

Join us for the 2-hour Restorative yoga and sound journey to harmonise the energies and elements within your body!
Restorative Yoga
We will then commence with Restorative Yoga led by Chloe, a meditative practice, where poses are held for extended periods to rest and repair, disrupting links between productivity and self-worth and centring your self, your body, your needs.
Using nourishing movement, calming breath practice and supported rest, it allows you to drop into a calmer state of being with your body and the bodies around you.
You might sleep, or sometimes your consciousness might hover somewhere between being awake and asleep. Rest is a practice - it can take some time to give ourselves permission to regularly rest, but once we do, significant shifts can follow in terms of mood, creativity, our ability to set boundaries and look after ourselves and each other.
1:1 Sound Session with Tibetan Singing Bowl & Tuning Fork
During the yoga practice, Tibetan singing bowls will be placed on your body or 111hz tuning fork used on your bones to deepen your healing experience.
Gongbath
Finally, lying back and surrendering to the resonant vibrations of the ancient gong, to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction and a sense of peace and to quiet the mind.
About Facilitors
Chloe Doula Yoga (Chloe George)
Chloe teaches embodied flow, prenatal and postnatal and restorative yoga. Her teaching has an emphasis on mindful, compassionate awareness, and she weaves in grounding breath practices, functional anatomy, strength work, rest and self-touch to her classes. She encourages a movement practice that’s energising and nourishing without being depleting, to make you feel supported, connected and at home in your body.
She is also a postnatal doula and facilitates mother baby groups, retreats and women's circles.

Soul Aurganic Sound Healing (San)
A trained and experienced sound healing practitioner who uses gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and voice. She recently created quantum healing modality called Toroidal Stargate Activation that facilitates directing toroidal energy in one's energy field and consciousness.
