Restorative Yoga @ ISI (no membership required)

You know you should stretch. You just never do.

This restorative yoga class is built for people who lift, sit, grind and whose bodies have quietly lost the range of motion they used to have. Using breath, intentional movement, and longer pose holds, we work into the hips, shoulders, and spine to restore what daily life takes away. You won't be napping on a mat but you will leave feeling loose, reset, and ready for the best sleep you've had in a while.

This class is for you if:

• You lift regularly but skip the cool-down
• Your hips, shoulders, or spine feel chronically tight
• You want to move better and recover faster
• You haven't truly stretched in longer than you'd like to admit

This event is open to the PUBLIC. You do not need to be a member of ISI Elite Training Gym to attend. All fitness levels are welcome.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Socks (great to have for savasana if you get cold)
• A block or strap if you have one, otherwise they will be provided but it is first come first serve and there are a limited amount.
