Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of yoga and sound, a sacred time to pause, reconnect, and restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit. You will be guided through Asana and Pranayama yoga, followed by a relaxing, immersive sound journey, and will leave feeling balanced, grounded, and energetically renewed.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, chairs available for seated practice.
