Sound ExperienceA deeply relaxing sound experience using gongs, singing bowls, vocals, and other therapeutic instruments to support relaxation and promote healing of the mind and body.
This session may be beneficial for pain management, stress, and anxiety.
Contraindications: Not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, or for individuals with epilepsy or pacemakers.
Please bring a mat, pillow, and blanket, or a reclining chair, to ensure your comfort.
