Restorative Yoga & Breathwork: The Midweek Reset is a gentle, grounding class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath.
We’ll move through calming, supported restorative postures that encourage deep relaxation and nervous system downshifting. Throughout class, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible breathwork practices to reduce stress, improve focus, and invite a sense of inner ease.
This is a space to soften, restore, and recharge so you can finish the week with more clarity, presence, and energy.
