About this Event
A safe space to say: “I feel your anger. Your anger has power.”
My therapist once said:
“You’re like a symphony performing on stage.
Beautiful, unstoppable, always in motion.
But in the basement, there’s a band screaming.
Lonely, unseen, hidden from the light.”
I told her I wish someone could walk down into that basement with me, simply say:
“I feel your anger. Your anger has power.”
So I’m hosting this gathering.
It’s a practice of meeting anger safely, listening to what it protects, and letting it become clarity, boundaries, and life force. Instead of shame, suppression, or explosion.
Note: This is not group therapy. It’s a guided peer space with consent-based sharing.
