RESTORATION CIRCLES
A Six-Week Guided Healing Experience
Healing. Community. Restoration.
Restoration Circles is a guided six-week group experience created for those navigating emotional pain, grief, past wounds, relational hurt, burnout, or seasons of personal restoration.
Hosted inside the warm and restorative environment of Restoration Studio at Sawyer Yards, this experience combines guided conversation, reflective practices, emotional support, and restorative community in a safe and welcoming setting.
Using the internationally respected Healing the Wounds of Trauma curriculum developed by the Trauma Healing Institute, participants will explore themes of healing, hope, emotional restoration, forgiveness, grief, resilience, and community support.
This is not therapy.
It is a guided restorative experience designed to help participants process, reflect, heal, and reconnect with hope alongside others in a supportive environment.
