About this Event
In today’s world, many of us are carrying more than we realize.
Constant stimulation. Racing thoughts. Emotional overwhelm. Difficulty resting. Feeling disconnected from ourselves, even while trying to “keep it all together.”
Ayurveda, the ancient healing science of India, offers a different perspective on mental health — one that sees the mind and body as deeply interconnected.
Rather than labeling ourselves as broken, Ayurveda teaches us to recognize imbalance, understand its root causes, and gently return to a state of inner harmony.
Join me for a nourishing and grounding workshop where we will explore:
✨ The Ayurvedic understanding of stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional imbalance
✨ How the doshas influence the mind and emotions
✨ Why modern life leaves us feeling mentally depleted
✨ Simple daily Ayurvedic practices to calm the nervous system naturally
✨ Breathwork, grounding techniques, and gentle meditative practices for emotional balance
This workshop is not about perfection. It is about reconnecting with yourself.
Together, we will create space to slow down, reflect, breathe, and remember the peace that already exists within.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, spiritually disconnected, or simply curious about Ayurveda, this workshop is designed to offer practical tools, deeper understanding, and a sense of inner support.
