Sound Bath Meditation

​Take a moment to slow down and reset. This guided sound bath experience is designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body.

Porsha will start with light breath work and a short guided meditation to help you settle in. From there you'll be guided through a sound journey using crystal sound bowls, wind chimes, and an ocean drum to bring your body into a deeper state of relaxation.

We'll close with a gentle reflection to help you come back grounded and present.

Come as you are. Just be ready to relax.

Please note: Please bring your own yoga mat and anything you need to feel comfortable (blanket, pillow, eye mask, crystals)
