Led by Louloua Aita, a mindfulness teacher trained with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, and Maxine Barratt, herbalist and founder of Barratts Apothecary, this 2 hour interactive session offers a gentle introduction to three simple yet powerful mindfulness tools to help navigate stress and overwhelm, respond more calmly in challenging moments, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and connection in everyday life.
This session is open to all, whether you are new to mindfulness and herbalism or simply looking for natural tools to reconnect, manage stress, and build resilience.

Alongside these practices, you’ll be introduced to 3 wonderful relaxant herbs, known for their actively restorative impact on the nervous system and all of which provide tangible in-the-moment relief from stress and anxiety. Through a guided mindful herbal tea tasting, you’ll experience each herb with all your senses while learning how they can be used to promote calm, clarity and emotional balance.

To finish, each attendee will create and take home their own 100ml personalised herbal tincture — a natural “rescue remedy” to support you whenever you need a moment of calm.
