Eclipses are initiatory gateways, moments when the veil thins and hidden truths rise to the surface. The single Blood Moon of 2026 arrives as a concentrated pulse of transformation, inviting emotional honesty, clarity, and intentional change. What has been obscured comes into view. What is complete asks to be released.
On the dance floor we meet this threshold through the 5Rhythms® practice. Body, heart, and mind are invited to move with the intensity of the eclipse, especially through Chaos. We call in the element of water to cool what feels overheated and loosening what has hardened.
The dance becomes a doorway to rejuvenation.
