Under the Blood Moon, we stand in powerful illumination and release what has reached its end. This is an evening of transformation—of courageously letting go, honouring what has been, and opening to deep renewal and rebirth.
This nurturing experience blends:
• grounding breathwork
• slow restorative yoga
• intention setting
• guided relaxation
• crystal sound healing
All designed to soothe the nervous system, melt emotional tension, and support gentle reset.
