A workshop discussing how to undertake research on historic buildings and places
About this Event

Join us for a talk which will offer an introduction to researching historic buildings and places, and which will discuss approaches and sources which can be used in your research.

This workshop will be led by Daniel Calley, author of 'City of Derry, An Historical Gazetteer to the Buildings of Londonderry'. Originally born in Washington DC, Daniel grew up in Alexandria, Virginia where he first fell in love with Georgian architecture. He is now a long-term resident of Co. Derry, where he pursues his interest in Irish architectural history and family history. Daniel contributes to a number of heritage organisations on the island, and is the Chair of Ulster Architectural Heritage.
