His practice draws inspiration from nature and the inherent interconnectedness of all things from what we often consider manual tasks such as farming, working with animals, and domestic labor, to more expansive creative expressions like design, dance, and music.Through his work, he continually reflects on the forces that move us: what animates us, what brings us alive. He explores the quiet, persistent intelligence within us the same impulse that turns toward the sun and retreats into the shade. He is a Feldenkrais practitioner and has been performing for past 10 years with a Japanese experimental Physical Theatre Group in Japan and Korea.
