This hour-long class invites participants into a safe, supportive space where wellness and community come together. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this session will offer grounding, connection, and empowerment.

Vanessa Williams is a somatic yoga and Reiki practitioner with a diverse background in body movement and human services. Currently serving at the Center for Trauma and Resilience, Vanessa weaves her professional expertise with deep compassion to support healing in individuals and communities.

As a mother and lifelong lover of music, nature, rest, and laughter, Vanessa brings warmth and authenticity to her work. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and deeply restorative, with a focus on trauma-sensitive practices that honor each person's lived experience.

Vanessa is especially passionate about teaching restorative yoga in community settings, creating spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, breathe deeply, and feel a sense of safety. Known for her quiet strength and steady presence, she holds space with humility and heart, inviting others into deeper awareness, healing, and a sense of ease.
