As we close out the first quarter of the year and step fully into spring, this experience is designed to help you release what has been building and reconnect with your center.
Join Jodie and Kia for a deeply restorative 90-minute experience combining meditation, sound healing, and Reiki energy work designed to calm the nervous system and support energetic reset.
This immersive session includes a 30-minute guided meditation followed by a 60-minute soundbath layered with Reiki energy healing.
Crystal singing bowls and grounding tones will create space for the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the breath to slow.
