Breathwork is a powerful yet simple practice that helps regulate the nervous system, release stress, and restore balance. In this 30-minute guided session with Emma, you’ll be introduced to practical breathing techniques designed to calm the mind, release built-up tension, and gently reset your energy. Most of us breathe shallowly throughout the day, keeping the body in a constant state of low-level stress. By learning how to work with your breath, you can activate the body’s natural “rest and digest” response, improve focus and clarity, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. This session is suitable for all levels and offers tools you can easily return to during busy workdays.

About Emma
Emma is the founder of , a central London–based meditation, breathwork, and energy healing practice. She is a certified Yoga Breath Coach, Meditation Coach, Life Coach, and accredited Natural Spiritual Holistic Healer, with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and businesses to improve wellbeing, resilience, and balance.
Emma has worked with hundreds of clients and organisations, including WeWork, Marshall Wace, Motion Pictures, House of Creative, and Bodyism, delivering both in-person and remote sessions to teams around the world. Her work is grounded, practical, and deeply human, blending nervous system regulation with simple tools that fit into busy modern lives.
At the heart of Emma’s approach is the belief that wellbeing is a process of evolution, learning to slow down, reconnect, and create a more peaceful and fulfilled way of living, both personally and professionally.
