About this Event

Hosted by the Base and Pilates & Prehab

This 90-minute Rejuvenate & Restore class blends 45 minutes of Pilates to awaken mobility and support functional movement, followed by 45 minutes of restorative yoga focused on deep stretching and nervous system regulation. A grounding practice designed to help you reset, unwind, and move into the week feeling replenished.

What is red light therapy?

The room will be lit by a panel of red and near-infrared light which is commonly used for cell repair and rejuvenation. This supports rest and recovery, while reducing inflammation and creating a calming atmosphere to explore movement.
