DAY 1 – Nov 20th, 2025, 8:30 pmElla Zirina Solo // Holly Schlott – UNIQUE
Ella Zirina – Solo
– Sound poetry on six strings –
If you haven’t seen Ella Zirina live yet, you’re in for a treat. Her music is a poetic mix of jazz, folk and classical influences, full of depth and improvisation. On her latest album Unraveler, the guitar becomes a storyteller – sometimes quiet and shimmering, sometimes eruptive and raw. A solo concert by Ella Zirina is always an immersive experience that lingers long after the last note.

Holly Schlott – UNIQUE
– Music has no gender. But attitude –
At the age of 60, Holly Schlott made a bold new start – embracing “Transgender in Jazz” with a clear vision: music as dialogue, as a bridge, as a reflection of lived identity. Out of this vision, the large ensemble UNIQUE was born – a powerhouse of sound and spirit. The handpicked musicians are among the most outstanding of their generation, united by one shared belief: music has no gender – but it has attitude. A statement in sound, a celebration of diversity, and a powerful opening for the festival.
