Reiki Sound Bath

Come and recharge for the week ahead at this relaxing and healing Reiki Sound bath. This experience invites you to heal and soften into stillness.

The session last for 90 minutes and include a meditation and reiki healing circle, followed by a Sound bath (including crystal bowls, gong, drum, chimes etc.). We’ll then finish the evening with some herbal tea and time for oracle cards, journaling and sharing (sharing is optional, there is no pressure to speak in these sessions).

The session is held in a lovely, intimate studio in Hackney Downs, with maximum 6 participants, ensuring a personal and supportive environment.

No prior experience with meditation, reiki or sound healing is needed. Each session is unique, and responses vary from emotional release and increased clarity to drifting into a meditative or semi-sleep state, or simply experiencing profound peace and ease. You may also experience better sleep quality the night after a session.

Time & Location

The session starts at 6:30pm and runs for 90 minutes. You are welcome to arrive 10 minutes early before to set up your space. The event takes place in the lovely Studio Iris 3 min walk from Hackney Downs station, or 7 min wal from Hackney central.

What to bring

Matts, blankets and pillows will be provided, but feel free to bring extra cushioning if needed, like an extra yoga matt or a leg bolster.

I also recommend bringing a water bottle for hydration, an eye mask and a journal if you wish.

What to wear

Wear warm, layered comfortable clothes as your body temperature can go up and down during the reiki circle and the sound bath.

T&Cs

Please inform me prior to the event if you have any condition that could be affected negatively by strong vibrations or loud/high pitch sounds (metal implants, pacemaker, Epilepsy, severe mental health issues etc.). This event is unfortunately not recommended for pregnant people in their first trimester.

Please do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before or during this event.
