Start the weekend with a relaxing and revitalizing Reiki Rejuvenation Evening. Let go of the stresses of your week as you experience the healing energy of Reiki in a peaceful and magical setting.
This event is perfect for anyone looking to recharge and restore balance in mind, body, and soul. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and find some inner peace!
Whether you are new to Reiki or have Reiki training are welcome. This is an evening which will be uplifting, enlightening, enriching and deeply relaxing.
Through a series of Reiki Meditations - you will receive an abundance of loving, compassionate, blissful & transformational Reiki energy.
Reiki means universal life force energy and your Reiki Master for the evening Emma will guide you through a series of meditations that will help you feel uplifted and more peaceful.
-starting with a short guided meditation followed by a check in round.
-We'll then led in a guided meditation to tune into the Reiki energy.
-Next we'll explore how we can pass the energy around the group.
-In the last part of the evening you can lie back and relax as you receive a guided Reiki meditation that will allow the Reiki Energy to come in and support you.
If you are curious to see what Reiki is and what it's about or you've training in Reiki and want a chance to practice and be in the energy then come along.
This is an evening that will infuse you with beautiful Reiki energy and give you a great start to your weekend.

To gain entry to the building- go to Community Centre door to left of the cafe. Buzz for 'Top Floor' to be let in. (Please don't go through the cafe).

A Yoga Mat and blanket if you'd like to lie down for the meditation. (there are some in the building but you may wish to bring your own.)
Accessibility: please note the venue is at the top of the building up 2 flights of stairs and there is no lift or disabled toilet provision.

Emma Hewitt is a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master/Teacher, Family Constellations Facilitator, ThetaHealing Practitioner , Tarot Teacher, Drum Maker, Theatre Creator and Artist who has been holding women’s, self healing and drumming circles for over 3 years. Emma makes drums and rattles and holds drum making ceremonies. Emma is dedicated to holding safe transformative spaces where we can gently step into more of who we are and feel more empowered and resourced to embrace life and all it’s challenges.
